2 Stage Homogenizer Application

2 Stage Homogenizer is the special equipment for the homogeneous refinement and high pressure transportation of liquid materials. The equipment is widely used in the fields of food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biological technology, scientific research and technology development. Homogeneous machine is mainly used for decentralized organization in the field of biotechnology and medical field sample preparation, food industry of enzyme treatment as well as in the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, paint industry, petrochemical industry, etc.. The device adopts stainless steel system, effective separation barrier on the surface of the sample and is contained, microbe homogeneous samples, samples were packed in disposable sterile homogeneous bag, and instrument contact with soft homogenization, samples, no pollution, no damage, not warming up, no sterilizing treatment, no need to wash the utensils, to meet the requirements of fast, accurate and reproducible.

Components:

Check Valve:

The check valve is conical valve. It’s applicable for the most product material. The valve material can vary according to customers’ requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.

Homogenizing valve:

Homogenizing valve is made of Tungsten-Cobalt- Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. Applicable for 0-1000bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.

Sealing:

Packing seal and V-section seal are available for different homogenized material.

Plunger:

Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth surface to achieve long life practice in dairy industry demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hours.

Types of Homogenizer:

Manual Operating Homogenizer:

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer:

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer:

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

Large Capacity Homogenizer:

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

Laboratory Homogenizer:

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa

Minimum Sample Volume: 200 ml
